What is the difference between 1/10 and 1/4 scale statues?
Scale refers to the size ratio relative to the real-life subject. Our 1/10 Art Scale statues typically stand between 7-10 inches tall, while our 1/4 Legacy Replica statues are significantly larger, often reaching 18-25 inches in height and featuring even more intricate detailing.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. For pre-order items, shipping will occur once the product arrives at our US warehouse; estimated arrival dates are provided on each product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Iron Studios US primarily serves customers within the United States. For international collectors, we recommend visiting our global site or checking with local authorized distributors in your region.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging, but if your statue arrives with a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and the product to initiate a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, pre-orders can be cancelled. However, please note that most pre-orders are subject to a Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) as specified at the time of purchase. The NRD is generally 10% of the total item price.
Are these products limited editions?
Yes, the majority of Iron Studios statues are produced in limited quantities. Once a production run is sold out, we typically do not restock that specific piece, making them highly sought-after collectibles.
